Senior Tax Associate
Montage seeks highly qualified and motivated individuals who can:
Assist in complex domestic and international tax positions such as provision, due diligence,
refund analysis, corporate integrations and restructuring, foreign tax credit planning,
treaty analysis
Assist in resolving technical tax issues, in reviewing tax filings, and in researching tax
positions
Contribute to management and training of junior staff
Our Requirements
Montage seeks exceptional talent and potential for growth. We require that you have:
A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting or in Business (or equivalent)
A Master of Science in Taxation or a Juris Doctor (JD) (preferred)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred)
2-4 years of experience in public accounting and/or the industry
Corporate and partnership tax experience (preferred)
Top-level accounting, analytical, and research skills
Strong project management, people management, and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A hands-on, self-motivating personality
