Tax Manager
Montage seeks highly qualified and motivated individuals with 2-3 years of experience as a Tax Manager who can:
Consult on all areas of domestic and international tax issues such as provision, compliance,
refund analysis, corporate integrations and restructuring, foreign tax credit planning,
treaty analysis
Identify and implement tax planning opportunities and resolve technical tax issues
Lead tax compliance and consulting projects/teams
Team-manage and team-train seniors and staff
Assist in management of business operations
Our Requirements
Montage seeks exceptional talent and potential for growth. We require that you have:
A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting or in Business (or equivalent)
A Master of Science in Taxation or a Juris Doctor (JD) (preferred)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
5-7 years of experience in public accounting and/or the industry
Corporate and partnership tax experience (preferred)
Top-level accounting, analytical, and research skills
Strong project management, people management, and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A hands-on and self-motivating attitude
